It is one of Switzerland's best loved national dishes.  The most famous and best Raclette cheese is made in the alpine villages in the Swiss Alps, it is warm melted cheese served with new potatoes and pickles.  People in Swiss are so lucky that they can enjoy the best melted cheese at their homeland everyday.  However, it is rare to find it in Hong Kong especially authentic Raclette cheese come from Swiss by air.  Chesa's Raclette cheese has strong cheese and milky flavor, when this melted cheese is chewing in mouth, its warm, tasty and smooth texture will impress every cheese lover.
