Must Try item: Hot melted cheese with new potatoes, pickled onions and gherkins (Raclette du Valais)
It is one of Switzerland's best loved national dishes.  The most famous and best Raclette cheese is made in the alpine villages in the Swiss Alps, it is warm melted cheese served with new potatoes and pickles.  People in Swiss are so lucky that they can enjoy the best melted cheese at their homeland everyday.  However, it is rare to find it in Hong Kong especially authentic Raclette cheese come from Swiss by air.  Chesa's Raclette cheese has strong cheese and milky flavor, when this melted cheese is chewing in mouth, its warm, tasty and smooth texture will impress every cheese lover.

Cheese Specialities: Traditional Swiss fondue with Gruyère and Emmental, served with baguette. (Fondue Vaudoise) A rich and nourishing dish prepared with top-grade cheese that stays thick and creamy texture.  If you are not familiar with the traditional Swiss chesse fondue, perhaps may find the white wine mixed into this fondue is quite strong.  However, if you are a Swiss Cheese fondue lover, you will appreciate how traditional and tasty it is.
